Stiles Paint Manufacturing, Inc

Roy Associates was hired by the president of Stiles Paint Manufacturing Corporation to upgrade the existing building to accommodate H2 and H3 classification. Roy Associates provided tenant improvement services for a 19,000 square foot facility. The services included the preparation of construction documents to retrofit the existing building, ventilation and electrical systems to satisfy functional and code requirements for the intended use permit. In addition, we provided coordination with City of Hayward building officials in order to expedite the processing and approval of the permit documents.
